I have owned my touchstream for about 6 months. I am also a Mechanical Engineer, but work more with Solidworks. I got mine because I really like short throw keyboards, and zero throw is about as short as you can get.
I also look for anything that can make me more efficent. I have used mouse gestures and the like which are somewhat of a beginning toward the touchstream.
My touchstream is the greatest computer upgrade I have found.
