I regretfully sent in my backup Touchstream LP recently at Fingerworks' request as "not repairable". They offered what I considered to be a reasonable refund -- pending their receipt of the product. No offer of repair or replacement was made.
Anyone have experience with this since the doors closed? They did not acknowledge receipt [although USPS delivery confirmation did, to the PO Box Address], and they don't answer my subsequent email messages.
What turnaround time can I expect? Thanks.
