Damn - Undo and Redo suddenly swapped

Postby David.P » 13 Jan 2019, 18:45

Hi forum,

my iGesture pad suddenly sends CTRL-Y if I do the hand gesture for "Undo", and similarly, it sends CTRL-Z if I do the gesture for "Redo".
This has happened to me before occasionally, but usually could be cured by rebooting.
I hadn't even associated this problem with the iGesture Pad until now.

However, this time the behavior is absolutely sticky. I have already unplugged the iGesture Pad and even the entire computer for a minute.

It is definitely not a problem of hand swapping (where the pad would think that I used the left hand and would switch to left hand mode).

Therefore, at the moment I'm lost as to where this behavior could come from. Is this a question of the keyboard layout between the English QWERTY and the German QWERTZ (which I am using) -- and if this should be the case, where in the MyGesture editor can this be changed?

Thanks heaps already
Cheers
David

Okay I found it. The problem was related to, and solved by "Hotkey De-Scrambling for non-US Qwerty OS Input Locales".
