Without knowing the brand or model, nor what the capabilities of the camera are, here goes.
1-Good light, almost as much as you can get. This will shorten the exposure and cut down on 'shake'.
2-If you have a tripod, use it. Again, this cuts down on camera movement.
3-Set camer to use its flash if it has one.
4-See if your camera has a 'macro' setting. This is sort of a 'tele' setting specific for closeups.
5-Don't use any digital 'tele', this often just expands the pixels without increasing their number which is needed for detail.
2 MP will give you 1600 x 1200 resolution, which should be relatively good for enlargements up to 8" x 5". Don't try for over magnification or using the camera really close in. Without having a 'macro' setting, your camera will have a minmum focal length, probably about 0.5 to 1.0 meters. If you shoot closer than that, it will be blurry. If you don't have 'macro', you might try using your 'tele' from a bit farther back.
At least with digital, you can try it without burning a bunch of film. Good luck.
Specially like to see the opened board. Just greedy and nervous. I assume most of us, given our TS boards are now essentially irreplacable, are a bit nervous about opening them up to poke about. as they say, if its not fixed, don't break it.
