Tapping (any number of taps)
Pinching in and out (for zooming a view)
Panning or dragging
Swiping (in any direction)
Rotating (fingers moving in opposite directions)
Long press (also known as “touch and hold”)
It can handle complex multi-touch sequences and simultaneous gesture recognition.
It also allows programmers to develop custom gesture recognizers.

I guess FW technology is finally coming to the masses, they way we've always known and loved it. Perhaps some day (next year?) the world would see an Apple-branded TouchStream?!
