There's an auction up now for a set of 2 TouchStreams. One is Qwerty layout and one is the FW experimental Qwerak layout. Starting bid is $2000 and buy-it-now is $4000. Those aren't typos. Ending 27 Nov.

Ah! In fact I don't think this is a record. I remember a TouchStream auction that ended above 1400 USD - for 1 device. I just looked through this forum but there are few prices mentioned. Ah, those were the days back when the price wasn't the biggest headline.
