Crossing fingers....

OK, I'll add crossed toes... I've one on order as well.

But since my username has a measure of optimism, I'll say they are in stock -- and we will receive them.

The only question is why so long? Perhaps a third party is doing fulfillment...

Amazon & Fingerworks

It seems everyone thinks the worst, but here's what I think: DVORAK didn't sell as well as QWERTY, so they are dumping the inventory -- either via Apple, or per contract, via Fingerworks. I do believe they have them, but I also think the lead times are despicable. But, supply and demand being what i...

Middle Ages for Keyboards...

I have to agree with you, Ivan, regarding where there is yet to go with keyboards. Considering most of the computing world uses no better than an ancient, enhanced typewriter keyboard 100+ years later, you're right; it'll probably be a while. Has anyone played with the laser keyboard that projects a...

Over $600.00...

Please allow me to vent. Just deferred on that eBay auction... Obscene at $630.00 @ close... I could only go to $600, and that was a stretch. I'm not a "collector"; rather, I am a writer, technology reviewer, and IT person who needs this type of input technology in order to make a continue...

Next gens... Fingerworks...

So, has anyone heard of the next generation of zero-force, or of anything like -- or better than -- Fingerworks yet? If it weren't for the eBay gouging, I'd collect several more Touchstreams and iGestures, since I've been working in IT with CTS for 20 years, and you can't always use Dragon for knowl...

Received Refund Today...

Check arrived from Austin... amount as promised...
It took 13 days; not bad by any business standards.

Refund time by Fingerworks?

Greetings all. I regretfully sent in my backup Touchstream LP recently at Fingerworks' request as "not repairable". They offered what I considered to be a reasonable refund -- pending their receipt of the product. No offer of repair or replacement was made. Anyone have experience with this...

I second that!

I'm an end user with carpal tunnel who in fact just sent a defective Touchstream back to Fingerworks. Their partial refund check -- if and when it arrives -- will help me try to buy another. But if I have to pay hugely inflated eBay prices, it won't happen. I just can't afford that. How sad that thi...

"Dicey"... redux

No harm meant. Rather than thinking about the individual, I was thinking about the zero bids and the whole shipping thing, resulting in apparently no activity.

Anyone have an LP or ST QWERTY for sale?

I am a writer with carpal tunnel.
Would consider trying DVORAK as well.

Hi everyone... from Linda Webb

Greetings from the greater Cleveland, Ohio area... The owner of two Touchstream LP QUERTY devices, I use them for technical writing in a healh care portal development shop by day, and for freelance writing about consumer gadgets and software after hours. I have lived with CTS [post-surgery] for more...
