I got the same delayed notice
..and not a big surprise, except that Amazon is still willing to keep on trying. Actually, I was expecting either a miracle arrival, an apologetic cancellation, or off-key humming as a carefully ignored deadline slipped by. Not another two months delay. And seeing the "Sold by: Amazon Export Sales, ...

Not so much an estimate as a "whenever"..
I ordered October 26. Amazon is currently telling me:
Delivery estimate: November 10, 2006 - December 4, 2006
I'm not sure if this means that the keyboard will be refurbished from yet-to-be returns, or if it's being shipped by yak.

Me too
I ordered one last night. I'm not actually getting my hopes up; the whole Amazon page is bare-bones no-details, and I half expect an empty box to show up on my doorstep in a month. (I'm still bitter (little bit) that I missed the boat just because I took an extra week or two to make up my mind, and ...

Good luck
I was wondering who'd find this out first-- I didn't think the utilities (using hardware directly) would work with Rosetta. I don't have the keyboard nor a MacIntel, so this following is all guesswork. If you need it to work, I'd recommend using someone else's MacPPC system. Good thing you don't nee...

Wow.
That's not it. It's not Apple. But it's beautiful and I want it.

That was one of the cool things about Tiger (Mac OS 10.4), you can switch the keyboard layout during the login. It is the default that keyboard switching affects all apps, but there is an option to make it per-document. Windows still blows. As I am Touchstream-less, I bought a TypeMatrix so I could ...

Only on remote usage
It hesitates for me on remote controlled Windows boxes through Chicken of the VNC running on Mac OS X (Tiger). When clicking on a button in Windows, the button stays depressed until I move the mouse with the iGesture. For right-clicks, the context menu doesn't appear until I move the cursor with the...

Random speculations..
I imagine that if Apple bought them, there'd be a large user population at Apple. Anyone here work at Apple? Can you say whether you've seen them around the Apple campus?

Widely separated two fingers does the trick
In one of the later 1.5x firmware updates they turned on single finger pointing, while keeping two finger pointing. To use arrow keys, one must use two fingers spaced out or two fingers separated by a finger in the middle. I think the spacing depends on how you have your hand size set in the Multit...

Re: Which keyboard?
I guess I can try it out and see, and if I don't like it there is always eBay. I have a couple on order, which should arrive this week (2030 this week, 2020 next week). They're for work, but I'll try them out on my PowerBook to see if I'll spring for one at home. I'm concerned about the meta-key pl...
