Work bought me a Kinesis Advantage a while ago, given that they couldn't just order a TouchStream. I find it good, although quite buggy (firmware/USB problems), and compared to the TouchStream, there is a lot less flexibility. No gestures (mouse emulation, and modifier keys, and so on).
