Re: New Macintouch/Digitouch case.
This is a fun project. I had thought of making my own case a while back but I I never did any thing else with it. Torben has many good points I am hard pressed to come up with other changes. I like having a wrist rest but I suppose if the case is thin enough it would not be needed. If the usb plug i...

Re: Using Multitouch Utils with Windows 7 (x64) ?
Is it possible that the driver is still there and functioning but it is not being recognized by the utilities? Xwinder still works and there is not any loss of function with the keyboard that I am aware of... I am not sure how this works but isn't the driver stored in the keyboard and installed when...

Re: Using Multitouch Utils with Windows 7 (x64) ?
I have been able to get the Utilities installed on Win7 (x64). I did not have too much difficulty the installer needs to be run in compatibility mode and you need to in stall the first and then point the installer at the Java engine. The issue I am having is that the utilities are not recognizing th...

ivanw, I have attempted to create library files in the past with the gesture editor and hopelessly screwed up my config file. Can you make a short tutorial for the process used to create and use the library files? It would make a good addition to the wiki. If it requires messing with the xml manuall...

Special characters with Alt key
I came up with a interesting technique today. Maybe someone else will find it useful. I use special characters in my writing some times mainly ± ° Ø and some others as well so when I ran across an article about holding Alt and typing a numeric code for various characters I decided to find a way to d...

Numlock till Word
I was going through the gesture editor and I rediscovered the Numlock till Word function. It does not seem to work for me and I am wondering if any of you are using it.

This may not suite you but you could always set another gesture to do the reverse zoom. There are actually two gestures for a wheel zoom by default 5finger contract/expand and 4finger drag you could reverse one of them. Using a separate gesture but with the more natural/standard motion will probably...

The images you have are to the best of my knowledge an early version of the full keyboard model called the stealth sometimes ST. This was later revised and replaced by the Touchstream LP (low profile). I am not sure the stealth was actually for sale. The hand print shown on the keyboard was part of ...

Dvorak
Found this The Dvorak Zine on Slashdot it is an interesting site with a cartoon about the Dvorak layout that is discussed around here frequently. I switched to dvorak on my qwerty TS and have never looked back or at my keys either

Select and copy
Here is a simple gesture modification that I have been using recently.
I added copy to the cord lift event of text select. This way every time I select text and end the cord the text is copied. This has some interesting effects when used with paste gesture on the other hand.
