Now, this isn't Emacs... =P Seriously, Windows also responds to Ctrl+Esc the same as the Windows/Start key. That used to be the defacto standard shortcut key before Microsoft conned the keyboard manufacturers into adding a custom key. (I guess the same could be said about Apple's Command/Option keys...

It's probably related to the left-click delay that often plagues X11. It's the way it processes the events sent by the TS. Try the "pinky-clicking" or non-game mode mouse buttons, whatever they called it. It usually has no delay, even when the mysterious delay is present with normal clicking.

That's precisely what the SDKs are for. The utilities should have come with the SDKs, but I don't think there's much documentation for them.
