|
|
Hi all,
I bought a Multitouch from Stenovations after learning about it inthis forum last year.
At the time, it didn't work with my Vista Business laptop.
The USB device wasn't recognized.
But since I was using an LP at the time and under lots of work pressure, I put the Multitouch away. Wrong move on my part.
Today I tried it with an XP Pro SP2 laptop. The XP Pro OS does recognize the device as you'd expect, but the device is DOA; no keying, no pointer.
Same results on my new Samsung netbook running XP Home.
Might the vendor repair?
Am I completely out that $300?
Any suggestions?
Thanks. _________________ --Linda |

| You could try contacting Stenovation, as I think they may still have a pile of those in storage somewhere ... ? |

| Didn't these ship with a bad firmware? Have you tried updating to the latest firmware on it to see if that helps? |
